Non-Compliances

No matter how hard we strive for perfection, there will always be room to grow and we believe that full transparency is required, especially when we are responsible for your children. We make mistakes and want to show how we learn from them too. 

March 10, 2026

A complaint was made around a child running away and being missing, which was unsubstantiated through video footage of the incidents. In the interview process, it was determined that another situation had transpired where the owners daughter was in the washroom, unsupervised for a moment but not reported to Child Care Connect, which resulted in the non-compliance below.

April 27, 2026

Self reported supervision concern, parents and licensing were notified. Two Educators were in the entryway, miscommunicated around who was supervising the child in the washroom and both went back into the classroom, leaving the child unsupervised in the bathroom for 45 seconds. This resulted in the non-compliance below.

Self reported concern, discussion with parents and reported to licensing, safety plan was put into place. Licensing determined that safety plan was not necessary and investigation closed with no issue. We are learning and being extra careful!
